Sureway delivers Employment Services on behalf of the Australian Government’s Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and the Department of Social Services. We can offer assistance to eligible individuals who want better opportunities in the workforce.

It is our mission to help Job Seekers find their place in the community, whatever their circumstance may be:

• People from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds

When visiting Centrelink for employment assistance, ask to be helped by Sureway. We will get you the best chance of success in searching for a job that is suited to you based on your skills and strengths. 

Once you have registered with and have been assessed by Centrelink, the next step is to request to be linked with Sureway as your preferred employment services provider. You may be referred to either Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services (DES) depending on your personal circumstances. It’s a simple process and we are here to make it easy for you.

Have your documents ready for faster processing. Bring these when you visit Centrelink:

• Proof of Identity – birth certificate, government-issued ID such as an Australian drivers licence or passport 
• Proof of Residence – correspondences, utility bills indicating your address
• Proof of Income – Income Tax Return, payslips from current or previous job

If you wish to register for Disability Employment Services or claim the Disability Support Pension (DSP), you should also present any medical documentation of your condition(s).
