We can’t see you face-to-face at our office locations right now,
but we are still open for business!
Sureway remain focused on continuing to support the needs of our PARTICIPANTS and employers while also protecting the health and wellbeing of all of our customers, staff and our communities during this time of uncertainty. For this reason, we have implemented a number of measures across our business to ensure that we can continue to deliver these essential services.
Advice for PARTICIPANTS
Sureway are moving to phone servicing for all PARTICIPANTS to ensure that you can still access the services and support you need to find or stay in work, and stay on track with any programs or study you may be undertaking.
From Thursday 26/03/2020 all appointments will be conducted by phone where possible. A Sureway team member will call you on the day of your appointment. You are not required to attend the office. Please make sure you have your phone nearby.
You can continue to find details about your upcoming appointments within your MyGov account or via the Workforce Australia app.

Advice for employers
Sureway are moving to phone and digital servicing across our business to ensure that you can still access the services and support you need to find and retain staff. Employers can still access Sureway’s range of services including applicant shortlisting, wage subsidies, and more.

Assistance for individuals and businesses
Sureway will continue to provide services including job search support and advice, and assistance for your new job. Employers can also still access our range of services and phone support.
